Achilles Around the World Spring Update

Japan

Achilles Japan hosted a very successful Hope & Possibility race on May 15. Over two hundred members participated in the event and celebrated the Achilles spirit.

Norway

On May 15, 15 visually impaired athletes of Achilles Norway participated in The Holmenkoll Relay in Oslo, the largest relay team race in the world according to organizers. The Holmenkollstafetten consists of 15 stages, varying from 380M to about two miles.

Panama

Achilles Panama has resumed workouts after taking a pause due to COVID-19 restrictions. Their first workout of the year on March 28 was a success and attracted 15 new guides and athletes. Five of the athletes also participated in their first 5K as a team on May 14.

Peru

Members of Achilles Peru completed the Lima Corre 6K on May 22.
