ACHILLES VIRTUAL TRAINING

Achilles International is offering at-home workouts curated by Michael Anderson, (NYC Chapter Director and RRCA Certified Coach) and Francesco Magisano (Para-triathlete and Director of the Achilles Triathlon program). Workouts emphasize cardio, strength training, stretching and indoor instructional swimming. Workouts feature descriptive video. You can access all videos created by our team on our YouTube Page! Additional workouts are posted weekly to our Facebook Page.
BEGINNER TO INTERMEDIATE RUNNER & WHEELER 5K (3.1MI) - 4MI 8 WEEK TRAINING PROGRAM
This is an 8 week training program meant for beginner - intermediate runners and wheelers.
Whether you are training for your first run / walk event, or already have a few under your belt, check out the program and feel free to progress through it a few times back to back even if you don’t have a race in 8 weeks. The program is based on effort and not pace which is why it is suitable for a wide range of abilities. This concept is explained more within each program.
ACHILLES X BLINK FITNESS
In preparation for our annual Hope & Possibility race, Achilles partnered with Blink Fitness to create a series of training videos featuring Achilles own Francesco Magisano. Coach Francesco works with Blink's Ellen Thompson to provide descriptive instruction and modifications for Achilles athletes.
