Program Partners
Achilles NYC works with a number of service organizations to help their clients improve their health and fitness and have the opportunity to achieve.
ADAPT COMMUNITY NETWORK
ADAPT Community Network was founded in 1946 by parents of children with cerebral palsy during an era when no community or school-based services existed, and when institutionalization was one of the few available options for their sons and daughters. Since then, the agency has been at the forefront nationally in developing a comprehensive network of services for people with disabilities and their families. Our mission is to provide the highest quality services in health care, education, employment, housing and technology resources that support people with cerebral palsy and related disabilities in leading independent and productive lives. For more information on our programs and services, please visit: https://www.adaptcommunitynetwork.org/.
