Achilles Freedom Team (AFT) members are masters at adapting, recalibrating and focusing on the positive – so to keep that spirit alive through this challenging time, we wanted to provide some tools to use as you continue on the path to wellness and living your best life! 

Introducing three virtual training regimens:

AFT Team Daily Workout Regimen

AFT Couch to 5K Training Regimen

AFT Handcycle Marathon Training Regimen

We understand that these workouts may be supplemental to your already-intense regiments.  That said, you’re invited to engage as much or as little as you’d like – and no matter what, we hope to hang with you all each Friday to share/vent/laugh/learn and have some fun!  (Check your email, private Facebook group, or email jpatton@achillesinternational.org for hangout info.) Feel free to share, post and maybe even enlighten us all on additional exercises and tips as you are the experts! 

We will be marathoning together again – but in the meantime, let’s continue to build each other up and stoke our ambitious spirits from the comforts of home!
