Disability:IN Webinar on How Corporations Can Make an Impact with Adaptive Running Partnerships

There are many physical and societal barriers to the sport of running that often make it inaccessible to the 1.3 billion people living with a disability worldwide. Achilles International has been the leading adaptive running nonprofit promoting disability inclusion in the racing industry for over 40 years. By partnering with organizations like Achilles International, businesses and corporations are able to make a positive impact on their local communities by helping to break down these barriers and build a more inclusive world for athletes with disabilities.

On January 31, Emily Glasser, President and CEO of Achilles International, led a panel discussion hosted by Disability:IN. Featuring commentary from Chris Mink, Assistant Manager, GM Vehicle Purchase Programs and John Pluhowski, Chief Communications Officer of Corporate and Public Affairs, TD Bank. This webinar explored how companies can get involved and how partnering with nonprofits, not only benefits society but can boost the bottom line.
