Monday
1:00 – 2:15 pm
Friedman Diabetes Institute (Beth Israel Medical Center)

4:30 – 6:00 pm
Institute for Women with Disabilities (IWD)
Weekly workouts in Stuyvesant Square Park across the street from the NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases (2nd Ave and East 17th Street), Mondays from 4:30 to 6:00 pm. The Spring 2011 program starts on April 4 and runs through June 23 (no workout on Memorial Day, May 30). E-mail kbateman@achillesinternational.org with IWD in the subject line for more information.

Tuesday
Central Park Workout – all are welcome!  Just show up!
NYRRC (9 East 89 St) at 6 pm, exit at 6:15 pm and head to 90th & Fifth Ave entrance to park to team up. Both walkers and runners are needed to guide athletes for distances ranging from 1.6 miles to 6 miles. There are first-come first-served lockers at NYRRC for personal items, bring your own lock.

JCLTeam Family Fitness Program - Washington Heights/Inwood Family Workout
This Spanish-speaking walking/running group meets at Tread Bike Shop, 250 Dyckman St. at 5:30 pm and goes as a group to one of three area parks. Workouts last one hour or so. Family friendly! Email Lina at jclteam@me.com for details.

Achilles Midtown East
Meet in lobby of Rusk Institute, 400 East 34th Street at 4:15 pm – that’s the south side of 34th St. & First Ave. Outdoor workouts start April 1 and run through end of November. Volunteers, please contact ecox@achillesinternational.org with Achilles Midtown in subject line for additional details.
 
Saturday

Central Park Workout – all are welcome!  Just show up!

Central Park Workout -- all wheelchair, pushrim racers and handcyclists meet at 90th and Fifth Avenue from 8:30 am to 11:30 am. Achilles needs volunteer coordinators to see that everyone who wants to ride gets a chance on one of the Achilles-owned handcycles. Contact jtraum@achillesinternational.org.
